Return Policy & One-Year Limited Warranty

If not satisfied with product

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.
• Returned items must be unused and returned in original packaging with original enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• Non-defective items are subject to 20% restocking fee.

If product arrives damaged or faulty

• Inspect and notify us within 7 days, if the product is faulty or damage.
  • You will be issued a return authorization number and a replacement will be sent upon receipt of returned product.
• If the product arrives damaged or faulty you can return item for exchange.

Limited One-Year Warranty

• Nine Lives Safety Products warrant for one-year from purchase date and only to the original retail buyer that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship.

Not covered under the limited One-Year Guarantee

• Any product that has been altered or modified from its original state.
• Consequential damage or any damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse of product(s).

How to obtain warranty service

• Should a defect covered by this warranty appear, contact our Consumer Service Department at XXX-XXX-XXXX for return authorization and instructions. (You must pay the cost of returning the unit to us). If the product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, we shall, at our option, either repair or replace it without charge, and will pay the cost of return shipment to you.
