This safety vest utilizes the 3M safety tape as well as 8 "blinking lights".  The velcro waist strap allows you to easily put-on and take-off the vest as well as to adjust the size.  When ordering please remember that this vest is intended to worn over clothing such as a jacket, so allow for an extra size up.
